- Product Research - Identification of trends and Growth opportunities;
- Product Positioning;
- Product Strategy & Selection:
- Premium (National) Brands – with performance equal or better than OE;
- Supported by entry-level economically priced products to answer the Good/Better/Best strategies;
- Complemented by specialty products under our Controlled brands or Private Brands offering.
- Determine Inventory Deployment Strategies with a “Dual Sourcing” offering whenever possible;
- Inventory Management support for the Auto Plus distribution centers based on the US Fleet database:
- Operation New Applications;
- New Product introduction.
- Inventory Management Support for Auto Plus members:
- New Applications;
- Top movers identification;
- AIM – Analysis of Inventory for Auto Plus members.
Pricing Management:
- Product Price file maintenance for distribution centers and Auto Plus members;
- Rebate Program Management;
- Development of a Financial Model to help Auto Plus members identify Growth and Development Opportunities.
Promotions and Sales Support:
- Support the suppliers in the implementation of their National promotions;
- Support the divisions in the implementation of their Regional promotions;
- National promotional programs including:
- National product catalogues;
- National sales flyers for specialized programs;
- National sales initiatives
